Notice:

Once your design (announcement, card, etc.) is APPROVED by you to be sent to the printers by PAYING IN FULL, you confirm that you’ve READ over the document carefully and have checked spelling, grammar, numbers, design, & layout. By paying in full, you are agreeing that any oversights that cause the job to be reprinted (at your request) will be at your expense (Nonsensical holds no responsibility for any oversights).  Documents will not be printed, shipped or available for pick-up until payment has cleared. Interest shall accrue on all past due accounts. Fees will be charged for returned checks and/or disputed claims. In the event that payment is not made, you will be referred to a collection agency or an attorney. You agree to pay the collection, including attorney's fees and any costs incurred.

Lindsay does her best to give you a high-quality product! If there are serious mistakes made by the printers, Lindsay will get them re-printed ASAP at no additional expense*. However, Nonsensical holds no responsibility for oversights that cause the design to be re-printed. Be sure to only approve and pay when everything on your proofs looks how you'd like them.  *Nonsensical holds the right to refuse re-printing at their expense if they deem it unnecessary.

Colors may appear slightly different when printed. To see actual colors, meet with Lindsay to see your proof on a calibrated screen, or request a printed sample to also see the paper it's printed on {$20 fee}. 

 

Please contact Lindsay for the address to send your payment if paying by cashier's check (make payable to Lindsay Wall).

Please notify Lindsay if you're not comfortable with your photos being posted (on the designs) on Nonsensical's gallery pages on the website.
